Where to run

I am wondering if there is a best way to enter the park for finding the running trail, and if there are lockers. I will be running to the park from Kowloon Tong.

Hello everyone,
I'm originally from HK living in Holland (sorry, not very strong in Cantonese) and I'm coming back to run the Standard Chartered HK Marathon in February. For the first few days I'll be in the Tin Hau area before moving to TST for race day. Obviously I need to do my last light training in HK so I'm looking for route ideas and perhaps fellow runners who want to join (I'm aiming for 4:30 to give an idea on pace, typically faster on 5-10 k runs)!

Hi, I am Australian and might be moving to Hong Kong for work. I am also a distance runner/triathlete.

I am looking for a track training group for 100m.

Have been working at Wan Chai (near Convention Center) for awhile and would like to find a place for afternoon run (30-40 mins).

I will be visiting HK for about a week in Oct. I will be staying near Causeway Bay, as well as Happy Valley.

To Kwa Peng is an uninhabited village on the coast of Sai Kung County Park East between Wong Shek Pier and Chek Keng. The KOTH Sai Kung Mountain Marathon goes through it.
