Yoga Therapy Workshop for Runners

How often do you stretch and bring relief to your legs? Have lower back pain, knee pain or ankle injuries? Is your running causing any imbalances in your body?

We are Alive Wellness, a wellness centre in Central hosting the Yoga Therapy for Runners workshop. It is not a studio yoga class; we won’t be changing from one pose to the next rapidly.

This workshop is for runners who want to know how to take care of their legs and lower back, addressing injuries, restrictive flexibility and joint compression, using straps, blocks and chairs to assist us. Improving these can improve your running. Have a look at an excerpt from the book Yoga for Runners, on the Human Kinetics website:
