happy valley/victoria harbour training
we are going to have running class (group run) in happy valley at night, victoria harbor at night, some conditioning class on the beach in weekends, esp for those working adults :)
we now have 7-8 adults running at kowloon side, and are interested provide service for the HK side.
As for the condtion trainings, the aims is to strengthen your ability on running and some endurance sports. apart from running on the beach, we will have some games. speed, power, fitness, endurance in one session.
apart from that, we offer one to one training, include personal coaching and even just set up program for you. we now have several runners (10k and marathlon) and tri athlete (olympic distance and 70.3)
