To release myself from the bondage of Nike shoes, I have been looking for shoe pouch for Nike+ sensor like the one listed below.

This person has them in stock in HK, contact them.
I used it with my iPod nano Nike+ kit and it works fine. Just be aware of the orientation of the foot pod as suggested by the pouch.
