Re: Results for Mizuno Fat Choy Run
A lady called Ng Hiddy in L45-54 ran pretty fast!
I'd like to chase her the next time!
However, as the champion of the category, she didn't show up in prize presentation ceremony!
Another story behind?
A man in disguise? A man put on number bib of a lady?
Re: Results for Mizuno Fat Choy Run
Yes, this lady ran so fast. I have tried to locate her in the albums but in vain. Anybody knows her?
Re: Results for Mizuno Fat Choy Run
Her chip time is faster than mine. I also wanted to find out this fast lady, but in vain. Unfortunately, with reference to different photo albums before finish line, it is suspected that this lady runner is a gentleman with hidden bib cloth.
Re: Results for Mizuno Fat Choy Run
According to chip time, this lady ran faster than CHOY Mun Tse and FAN Sui Ping. Just cannot recall any fast lady runner whose surname is NG.
Suggest that the organiser contact her to clarify the doubt. It will be fair to her and also other runners in her age category.
Re: Results for Mizuno Fat Choy Run
Don't worry. The organizer has fixed this out and will deliver the prizes to the right persons.
Just want to remind runners not to use the number cloth of the others as this is very annoying!
Hope that there will be no more "transfer of number cloth" topic appears in this website and the other running communities!
Re: Results for Mizuno Fat Choy Run
Yup, dude in long sleeves. He rolled up the number bib so you won't be able to tell on photos.
It happened too at Mizuno Shing Mun River 10k. Some dude wear a lady bib and got second at her age group. Of course she didn't pickup the prize but totally unfair to other runners that put the time and effort to train for races. Imagine you came forth at the race!
Re: Results for Mizuno Fat Choy Run
Dear All,
The error has been corrected and revised results will be uploaded soon. Apologies to the three winners of this category have been made. The runners concerned did not realize the number transfer would have this effect; they will not transfer numbers again.
Best wishes to all and enjoy your running this weekend! sheila
