Physio recommendation?

Hi HK runners

Can anyone recommend a good sports physio? I'd like to stay on the cheaper side but I'd also prefer to see someone that's come recommended.

I've been ignoring a pain on the inner side of both legs that starts just above the ankle and is triggered from any kind of impact on my feet (ie running, skipping, etc). Any ideas on what it could be?

Re: Physio recommendation?

HK Sports and Spinal are doing a good job with me after a series of bad experiences with a few physios here and elsewhere. A Physio attached to a local clinic more often deals with older, non-sporty types but a sports Physio knows you want to get back running and gives the best chance of doing so.

Re: Physio recommendation?

The best physio I have used in Hong Kong is Tim McCosker (2715 4577). He is not the cheapest, and can be hard to get appointments with because he is so much in demand, but he is great at pinpointing causes without wasting time on things inferior physios do, so should require fewer appointments.

Re: Physio recommendation

A lot of runners use Elton Ng

He's a runner himself, so he won't simply recommend that you quit running.
