Help with practice run for UNICEF 10K

I signed up for the 10K UNICEF run on 11/27. The race is officially 10 days away. I can already run 10K comfortably but in order to perform better I'm thinking about a pratice run along the same route. This way I'll know exactly how to pace myself on race day. On the website it says (10K route):

"Starts in the Hong Kong Disneyland Carpark→Fantasy Road→Sunny Bay Road→Inspiration Lake→Magic Road→Sea Point Road→Waterfront Promenade→Disneyland Resort Pier→Finishes in the Hong Kong Disneyland Carpark"

A few additional questions:

1) Is this route something that I can randomly run this weekend?

2) What is the terrain like? Is it quite flat or hilly?

I usually run slightly hilly terrain around Repulse Bay/South Bay/Deep Water Bay.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
