Private coach for 15 year old

Hello to all. I'm in need of some expert advice and this certainly appears to be the best place to look.

My family is new to Hong Kong and I'm looking for a private coach for my son. He has been running for about 3 years and is focusing on the middle distances such as 3K and 5K. His PR for the 3K is 9:20 and 5K is 16:08. Looking for someone with experience who can push him to succeed.

Also looking to get him involved with a local club team to get him competing at a high level.

Any coach names or local teams to consider would be most helpful. Thanks in advance for any input.
