Weekend trip to Shanghai...where to run?

I'm taking a weekend trip to Shanghai with some friends. Been resting this week since I seem to be having some minor runner's knee issue from overtraining (been running 6 months and run about 4-5 times per week @ 6-9K each time). I want to do one light 5-7K jog in Shanghai when I am there. Our hotel is in the Hangpu District on Beijing Xi Road. Supposed to be very near the People's Square. Haven't been to Shanghai since high school. Can anyone suggest a good place to jog relatively near my hotel?
