Will the HKMP Half Marathon be organized this year?

It seems that we did not have HKMP Half Marathon in 2009. Was it because the route was not approved for the conflicts of running on the bicycle track? Will this be organized this year or in the future? Personally, I enjoy this race very much. The route is all flat & it is the best opportunity to make a PB.
