Where to run

Hey guys I've just moved to Hong Kong and just found an apartment in Sheung Wan next to the Western Market. I've been walking around the area looking for a good place to run, but it seems like the walkway along the waterfront ends after about 500metres!

Should I be heading upwards towards Hollywood Road? Is there a good sidewalk there? Or does anyone live around the area and knows of a good place to run. I usually run in the evenings after work at about 7-8pm.

Popliteus tendonitis

Got acute pain at the back of the knee a month ago. General Doctor diagnosed it Popliteus Tendonitis. He prescribed mediclofenac sodium to cure the pain and inflammation.

Standard Chartered Bib Pick up

I have on my Standard Chartered HM acceptance letter instructions to pick up my bib between 2-4pm Saturday. I have a commitment during that time so want to go earlier.

GPS data through tunnels

Hi all,
What happens to GPS data in the HK marathon tunnels??
Does it extrapolate where you disappeared and emerged? Or does it completely mess up your entire run data?
