Shoes and gear

Hi,
I cramp a lot for anything over a half marathon and cramped the whole second half of the recent STD CHRTRD marathon.
I want to try salt tablets - not just NaCl.
I have eard SUCCEED is good and you can buy in Central in Hong Kong.
