Early OTW / trail training run - Saturday March 13

Training

About 10 from our hiking group will do a training run of Mac Trail 1 & 2 this coming Saturday.

We meet at 0915, KMB Route 94 terminus in Sai Kung for the 0930 bus. We expect to start from Pak Tam Chung at 1000 and finish at Pak Tam Au 3 to 3.5 hours later.

There will be at least one car parked at Pak Tam Chung for us to store our backpacks to make our load lighter.

All interested are welcome to join us. No need to respond here. Just look for the kid with salt & pepper hair at the terminus.

Popliteus tendonitis

Got acute pain at the back of the knee a month ago. General Doctor diagnosed it Popliteus Tendonitis. He prescribed mediclofenac sodium to cure the pain and inflammation.

Standard Chartered Bib Pick up

I have on my Standard Chartered HM acceptance letter instructions to pick up my bib between 2-4pm Saturday. I have a commitment during that time so want to go earlier.

GPS data through tunnels

Hi all,
What happens to GPS data in the HK marathon tunnels??
Does it extrapolate where you disappeared and emerged? Or does it completely mess up your entire run data?
