IT (illotibial) band syndrome

Health and injury

I'm really struggling to get over IT band pain occurring in my knees. It seems to be exacerbated by cold weather I'm having sports massages and have recently taken delivery of some orthotics - can anyone advise on their experiences with IT band syndrome/good stretches/treatments etc.?
