Hi all,
Meet: @ Happy Valley Race Track / 800m marker.
Time: 645-730 AM / Every Wednesday mornings.
Fitness level: Does not matter, run at your own seed.
Aim: Complete 4 miles at your own speed.
Concept: Me (Yann Kan Run) and my mate (Prof T) normally run 4 rounds (1 round is 1 mile) of the track during Wednesday mornings.
It is a great way to get fit or if you want that little extra bit of motivation. I am just testing the idea to see if anyone else turns up.
Pros: Meet new people, improve your fitness level and improve your running.
Cons: Nothing, except getting out of bed slightly earlier.
Ok, hope to see some new faces.
Cheers,
Yann : )
Got acute pain at the back of the knee a month ago. General Doctor diagnosed it Popliteus Tendonitis. He prescribed mediclofenac sodium to cure the pain and inflammation.
I have on my Standard Chartered HM acceptance letter instructions to pick up my bib between 2-4pm Saturday. I have a commitment during that time so want to go earlier.
Tutor: Dr Shirley NG, Naturopath. Specialist in Spine & Sports Medicine
Schedule: Feb 14 & 21, 2012 (Tue) or Feb 16 & 23, 2012 (Thurs) (total 6 hours workshop)
Hi all,
What happens to GPS data in the HK marathon tunnels??
Does it extrapolate where you disappeared and emerged? Or does it completely mess up your entire run data?
