Software update

We have updated the verion of the Drupal content management program for this website because the old version has become obsoleted after running for 3 years. There are still some minor upgrades to be done, and there could be some minor problem before they are fixed. If you found any problem, please kindly let me know using the Contact Us form on the left menu. PS: There seems to be a problem with the Captcha validation (need to repeat several time before it is successful) and is being checked and fixed.
