Race stars from sea level and one high mountain in Hong Kong. It is a real challenge to ascent over 500 meters and run 20km/30km to the finish point.

(mainly 75% off road trail running with 25% small rocky sections, gullies, coastlines included for the adventure - suitable for all type of runners/fast hikers)

The Shangri La Challenge is a 3-day foot race, free style (walking or running), and with food self-sufficiency over a distance of about 70 Km (44 miles).
