Tolo Harbour 10K Race will be held on Mar 25, starting at 8:45am. See attached for more details.

The route is a figure of 8 around Hong Kong island following the famous blue dots.

The TRaiNX Road Race will be held on 1 Apr 2012 at Lam Tai East Road, Yuen Long. The Race distance is from 1.5km to 6km according to your age group and the first group will be started from 8:30 am.

Registration starts Jan 15.

Bonaqua Action Sprint adventure running race series

(mainly 75% off road trail running with 25% small rocky sections, gullies, coastlines included for the adventure - suitable for all type of runners/fast hikers)

12 km - 13 km every race - 4 races & awards party - To qualify for series awards, best 3 results out of 4 races based on category position points. Last race to determine any ties.

All same courses as 2011 - maps uploaded to Action Asia Events webpage at bottom as pdf.

Mar 4 - Repulse Bay, HK - 12km - 8am registration 9am start

HK Adventist Fitness Club will start it's 2012 program on May 4. There will be a physical check three times during the program on BP, BMI, Muscle mass, Gloucose, bio age etc.
