Distances: 5 km - 13 km - 21 km (GPS - 5.5 km - 13.6 km - 20.7 km) - Same course as March 2011 in counter-clockwise loop for 13k/21k.

Aim: To promote healthy living through running in some of Hong Kong's most scenic trails.

Transport: Bus shuttle service - Deadline for applying is March 1st 2012.

Lantau50 is a trail running event on South Lantau Island, Hong Kong. Participants have the opportunity to tackle this challenge solo or as a team of two.



First edition of the Raidlight Lantau50 mountain running race March 24th, 2012.

With a tagline, "Explore your limit", the Lantau50 presented by Raidlight, is sure to be a challenging yet scenic trail running event for novice and elite participants. Slated for Saturday, March 24th, 2012, the event is open to all levels of competitors, but the promise of three Raidlight Asia running Team slots will have runners from across Hong-Kong converging to Lantau island end of March.

Bonaqua Action Sprint adventure running race series

(mainly 75% off road trail running with 25% small rocky sections, gullies, coastlines included for the adventure - suitable for all type of runners/fast hikers)

12 km - 13 km every race - 4 races & awards party - To qualify for series awards, best 3 results out of 4 races based on category position points. Last race to determine any ties.

HK Adventist Fitness Club will start it's 2012 program on May 4. There will be a physical check three times during the program on BP, BMI, Muscle mass, Gloucose, bio age etc.
