Hi all...I am not that tall for a size 13 guy but unfortunately I do have a size 13 feet...There is such a pain for me to run around to find my preferred running/ trailing shoes in Hong Kong...current

I just moved to the estate on top of the Kowloon MTR/Airport Express Station.

Any suggestion for a running route there?

live in Kowloon and looking for new running routes. When on the Airport Express one can regularly see cyclists on the service road next to the tracks to/from the airport.

I cramp a lot for anything over a half marathon and cramped the whole second half of the recent STD CHRTRD marathon.
I want to try salt tablets - not just NaCl.

We have heard that many HK runners have applied for Saroma-Lake Ultra Marathon Race. Where can we find more information for it ?

I'm new to running, learning to run 10km for an event in Vancouver but will be in HK for 6 weeks as of tomorrow.
