Let's wish good luck to Edward and Sylvia Tse, off to Japan this weekend to represent Hong Kong in the Asian Racewalking Championships.

If you think running/hiking is a ‘hard’ (yang) activity you may want to balance it with a ‘soft’ (yin) one to maintain your body’s equilibrium. Tai Chi (Taiji) is one such activity.

About 10 from our hiking group will do a training run of Mac Trail 1 & 2 this coming Saturday.
